At Samsons Studio, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our garments. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All bridal wear, formal dresses, and customized outfits are made-to-order and created specifically for each customer.
Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items
• Exchange only is available within 3 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect issues.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. How to Request an Exchange

4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.
5. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Important Note
We carefully inspect all garments before shipping. However, please keep in mind that slight variations in color or embellishment may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handwork, and are not considered defects.
