Shipping policy

At Samsons Studio, we aim to deliver your orders with care and in a timely manner.
Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order or customized. Processing times are as follows:
• Bridal & Formal Wear: 3 to 6 weeks (depending on design complexity)
• Co-ord Sets & Ready-to-Wear: 5 to 10 business days
You will be notified once your order is complete and ready to ship.

2. Delivery Time & Charges
• Within Pakistan: 2 to 5 business days after processing
• International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (varies by location)
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your parcel through our courier partner's website.

4. Delays
Delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or customs clearance (for international orders). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.
